Research mission
Goldman Forensic Research, LLC advances measurement-based, interdisciplinary approaches for investigating unexplained infant deaths. Its work develops transparent and reproducible frameworks that integrate developmental pharmacology, immune and cytokine biology, redox and energetic state, neuropathology, toxicology, and epidemiologic analysis.
Purpose and scope
Disciplined measurement without causal overstatement
The organization’s mission is to identify measurable physiologic patterns, improve the structure and transparency of medicolegal investigation, and clearly distinguish established findings from provisional research hypotheses. Its frameworks are intended to complement—not replace—standard forensic practice, validated laboratory methods, professional interpretation, or cause-of-death certification.

This peer-reviewed review introduces the Three-Axis Convergence Framework, the five-domain Metabolic Vulnerability Index, and a structured postmortem workflow for describing multidomain physiologic constraints in unexplained infant deaths. The framework is hypothesis-generating and does not establish a new cause of death.
